You look so small by darkSoul4Life You look so small by darkSoul4Life
must be what this cheetah thought when watching his brother from high above. I stood uphill while the tree was downhill so the cheetah climbed a lot higher than it looks in the photo. He is a real tree climber, I could see him climbing almost everytime I've waited for him to do so (means waiting the whole day or two).

I appreciate your kindness to leave a comment :)

looks almost as if rotated 90degrees counterclockwise, I would not belive it was actually on the tree if I had not read the caption. Lovely photo!

That's the magic in this photo, the perfect moment of the cheetah turning around to get down. 1/3 second later: sta.sh/0136sk86ferm
You're not the first one doubting it and pretty sure not the last one ;)

WOW! How can he stay up there in that position?

He can't. This photo shows a moment that was just a split of a second when he turned around to go down. He embraced the tree with his paws before and looked down.

That's a good question. I'm really bad in guessing heights so I can't tell you in meters. Sorry.

He's the first one I saw climbing a tree. All the other cheetahs I've seen haven't even thought about it, they only climbed tree stub but not a while big tree.
