One year and a few days ago (sorry I missed the right day), a tragedy happened. Altai was shot after a zookeeper forgot to lock him properly before entering the tiger enclosure. I haven't forgotten this young big boy, so here is a last photo of him which I upload.

Wirklich schade um Altai, exakt eine Woche vor dem Zwischenfall war ich noch vor Ort und habe auch ein paar Photos gemacht.
